Evaluation on value for the price Clean and inexpensive. Active train nearby, but the train stays on the track. The only problem was car/truck noise in the parking lot. Only that noise caused the loss of one star.
"Mike" the owner is great. This was a great spot to stop after a long day of driving. Will be back after my next pilgrimage to Unclaimed Baggage.
This place is awesome. $55 for a room that was nice and clean, everything worked properly, staff were super accommodating. Highly recommend!!
This was an alright place, I liked the bathroom in the room, staff working here were pleasant. Carpets need updating and there’s a loud train right nearby.
We have been in town for work for 5 weeks and it has been absolutely the best of any place we have been longer term. The staff and owners are great. It's always clean and the price makes it an all around not best but only choice in the area. The saying "home away from home" was made for the Budget Inn in Scottsboro Alabama.

Clean rooms and good price. If train noise bothers you it might not be the place for you, railroad tracks run behind the hotel.
Very accommodating and exceptionally clean rooms mattress was a little hard but overall good place to stay laundry room and close go several good restraunts
It was a super clean room. Staff was super nice the curb appeal was super. The rooms need to be a updated. The front desk was very helpful on places to go and things to do. The cost of the rooms very reasonable I will be back and stay again the train that runs behind the motel did not bother me
It's an older place, but the rooms were nice and semi updated, smells clean..quiet and location was good...and it's only $55 including taxes..I'll definitely stay again, and cars are safe also..
